How do I know if my package is on the way?


Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or FedEx) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.

Do you refund shipping fees?


Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item. 

To report or return a damaged item, please contact the store by email.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center within 30 days of the delivery date with a completed return slip.  All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.  We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a Clever Collection E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire! 

Missing, Defective, Not What I Ordered

We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact our Customer Care Team within two days of receipt and let us know. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible so that you can show off your Clever Clothing purchases...
